"Felt Pressured by the Shipping Cost"
I felt kind of pressured at checkout because the shipping ended up costing more than the actual items. At that point it didn’t feel worth it anymore, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Poor packaging and a long wait to get help"
I ordered from Blacklist Industries the packaging was bad. The box was flimsy and already half crushed when it showed up, with almost no padding inside to protect the item. The product had marks on it too, which was really frustrating. I tried reaching out about it, but waiting in the support queue just made the whole thing even more annoying. Maybe the shipping was rough, but they really need to pack items better. Not happy with this experience.

"Rough finish and felt a little off for the price"
The part finally showed up, and the finish was disappointing. There were rough spots, little scratches, and a few uneven areas that made it seem like it was rushed out instead of checked over properly.

I wasn’t expecting it to be flawless, but for what I paid, I thought it would look a lot cleaner. I also got the feeling the final cost was padded a bit somewhere, which didn’t help. Had to spend extra time fixing it up myself, and I wouldn’t order it again.

I tried to place an order, but the checkout kept freezing over and over, and then my cart randomly changed. The payment page was confusing too, like really confusing, and I had to keep going back and trying again. After a few tries, I just gave up. The whole checkout process was frustrating and not a good buying experience at all.

"Not great quality and support made it worse"
I was disappointed with this. It looked decent in the pictures, but once I got it, it felt really cheap. After only using it a little bit, it already started not holding up well, which was frustrating considering the price. I reached out to support hoping they’d help, but it kind of felt like they were blaming me for the issue instead of actually trying to fix it. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t buy from here again.

"I wanted to like the experience because..."
I wanted to like the experience because the site itself seems fine, and it’s not like everything was terrible. But getting help was a pain. I emailed customer service and waited way longer than I expected, then when they finally got back to me, the reply was super short and didn’t really answer my question. Maybe they were busy, I get it, but I still had to send a couple more follow-ups just to try to get it sorted. Overall, not the worst thing ever, but yeah, the support really needs to be quicker and more useful.

"Shipping took a lot longer than I..."
Shipping took a lot longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, and for days it just felt like nothing was moving, which was frustrating.
The product did show up eventually, but my gut feeling is that the whole experience just wasn’t worth the hassle. The long wait kind of took the excitement out of ordering it.

I gave blacklistind.com a try once, but it just didn’t feel worth the money. The whole experience left me thinking, come on now, this could’ve been better. I don’t see myself buying from them again.

"Decent enough, but overpriced"
It does the job, so I’ll give it that, but for the price I was expecting a bit more. Some of the features felt basic, like the kind of thing you’d be impressed by if you hadn’t used anything similar before. It’s not awful by any means, just didn’t feel like great value for what I paid.

"I had a frustrating time..."
I had a frustrating time trying to get help from Blacklist Industries. Maybe I was expecting too much, or maybe I didn’t explain myself clearly enough at first, but the responses felt slow and not very helpful. It seemed like they weren’t really reading what I was asking, because I had to repeat the same thing more than once and still didn’t get a clear answer. Overall, it just wasn’t a great customer service experience for me

"Absolutely did not fit my bike"
I’m completely sure this thing was not made for my bike. I tried getting it to fit, but it was just clearly the wrong size or not compatible at all. No question about it, it didn’t work for me

Maybe I just got a bad one, but this barely worked for me. I tried using it the way it was supposed to be used, and it still didn’t really work right. Kind of feels like this should’ve been caught before being sold.

I tried getting help through warranty support and didn’t get anywhere. The whole thing felt way more complicated than it needed to be, with a lot of unnecessary back and forth and no real solution in the end

"I wanted to like this, I really did..."
I wanted to like this, I really did, but the second I felt the material it was like the disappointment walked into the room and sat down. It was thin, rough, and just didn’t feel like something that was made to last.

After only a short amount of time, it already started looking worn out and kind of beaten up, like it had been through some epic journey when I barely even used it. For the price, I was expecting way better.

I’m not usually dramatic over stuff like this, but this one was a letdown. I definitely wouldn’t order it again.
